OPERATOR TRAINING

By completing installation and assembly of concrete block machine, our maintenance service provides operator training at the request of the buyer. Training is provided to the personnel who will work with the machine in future. An employee undergoing training (operator) receives a certificate from our company.

Machine is used for the production of concrete blocks, paving stones, curbs. Measures necessary for safe use must be taken by operator,  handrail must be raised and the launch must be carried out only in presence of the operator. The operator when performing maintenance should turn off the electricity, it is strictly forbidden to clean while machine is working, mould and vibrator settings should be made by the operator in advance, after the end of daily production, bolts should be checked and tightened, and the operator must use headphones to protect against noise.
